The full name of high-density polyethylene jacket steel pipe is: high-density polyethylene plastic outer protective polyurethane foam prefabricated directly buried insulation pipe. It is composed of a working steel pipe for conveying the medium, a polyurethane insulation layer, and a polyethylene plastic outer protective pipe, combined outwardly in sequence through the equipment.

7. Excellent Resistance to Rapid Crack Growth and Slow Crack Growth: The pipe can recover after being flattened. In case of pipe breakage or damage, local water-blocking operations can be easily carried out using a squeeze-off tool, facilitating emergency repairs and cost savings.
8. Economic Feasibility: For diameters below 90mm, the material cost of high-density heat-resistant polyethylene pipes is comparable to steel pipes. For diameters above 110mm, the cost may be 10-20% higher than steel pipes. Considering construction and operation costs, high-density heat-resistant polyethylene pipes are more cost-effective than steel pipes for diameters below dn355.
