Directly buried prefabricated polyurethane insulation pipes are formed through the chemical reaction and foaming of high-performance polyether polyol compositions and various methyl polyphenyl polyisocyanates. Polyurethane foam insulation pipes have excellent characteristics such as low density, high strength, thermal insulation, sound insulation, flame resistance, cold resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, and ease and speed of construction. They have become indispensable products in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, power, construction, transportation, and refrigeration for thermal insulation, waterproofing, leak prevention, and sealing.

Insulation Structure

• First Layer: Working Steel Pipe Layer

Seamless pipes, spiral welded pipes, and straight seam welded pipes are generally selected according to design and customer requirements.

• Second Layer: Polyurethane Insulation Layer

Formed by injecting rigid polyurethane foam liquid into the cavity between the steel pipe and the outer protective layer using a high-pressure foaming machine in one go. This is commonly known as the "pipe-in-pipe foaming process." Its functions are to provide waterproofing, insulation, and support for the self-weight of the heating network.

• Third Layer: High-Density Polyethylene Protective Layer

Prefabricated into black (or yellow) plastic pipes with a certain wall thickness. Its functions are to protect the polyurethane insulation layer from mechanical damage and to provide corrosion and waterproofing protection.
