High-Density Polyethylene Outer Jacket Anti-Corrosion Structure:

The high-density polyethylene outer jacket anti-corrosion structure is made by wrapping high-density polyethylene material around the outer surface of the steel pipe. This provides high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance, protecting the steel pipe from damage caused by external factors during transportation, installation, and use. The manufacture of the outer jacket should include the addition of antioxidants, UV stabilizers, and carbon black.

Since polyethylene outer jackets are prone to aging, they should be covered with tarpaulins or similar materials when stored outdoors. The storage area should be far from high heat sources and fire sources. After the anti-corrosion steel pipe is manufactured, it must not be exposed to direct sunlight or subjected to rapid cooling, as this can cause the polyethylene outer jacket to crack, thereby affecting the product's performance and lifespan.
