Its main structure consists of UNS S31254 stainless steel metal strips layered with graphite strips, combining the high strength of metal with the corrosion resistance of graphite.
This product operates within a temperature range of -200°C to 650°C and can withstand pressures up to 3.5 MPa, making it suitable for flange sealing applications in industrial equipment such as valves, pump housings, and heat exchangers.
The W-shaped metal strip cross-section design, along with the restraining structure of inner and outer steel rings, significantly enhances the gasket's elastic deformation capability and long-term sealing stability.
