Dimensional tolerances:

- Each pipe pile must be weighed individually. The deviation between the weight and the theoretical weight must not exceed 15% (overweight) or 5% (underweight) to ensure the pipe pile can withstand the design load.

- The deviation of the pipe pile's outer diameter from the specified outer diameter must not exceed 1% to ensure the accuracy of installation and use.

- There are also corresponding allowable deviation requirements for the pipe pile's wall thickness to ensure the overall strength and stability of the pipe pile.
