S355JR longitudinal high-frequency welded steel pipe uses S355JR low-alloy high-strength structural steel (compliant with European standard EN 10219) as the base material. It is a high-precision structural pipe formed in one axial step using advanced high-frequency resistance welding technology. This product uses cold-rolled steel strip precision roll forming, utilizing the skin effect and proximity effect of high-frequency current to achieve self-fusion of the base material, forming a narrow and uniform longitudinal weld seam. It possesses both excellent strength-to-weight ratio and superior dynamic load performance.
