A53 Rectangular Tube Production Process

A53 rectangular tube is generally produced from steel plate or steel strip through the following processing steps:
1. Overlap welding: Cut the steel plate or steel strip according to the length requirements, and overlap it through processes such as edge turning, edge cutting, chamfering, welding, etc., so that the steel plate or steel strip is made into a tube with an overlap groove. Then weld the two ends of the overlap interface to make an "open" rectangular tube.
2. Steel pipe forming: The "open" rectangular tube is formed by a forming machine to make it present a square or rectangular cross-sectional shape.
3. Pipe straightening: The formed pipe is straightened by a straightening machine to ensure the straightness and dimensional accuracy of the pipe.
4. Pipe cutting: The straightened pipe is cut according to the length requirements.
5. Painting, cold drawing, heat treatment, etc.: The cut pipe is subjected to subsequent processing, such as surface painting, cold drawing, heat treatment, etc., to meet the performance indicators and appearance requirements of customers.
