Q. How is your delivery time?
A: Usually, it takes 30 days after receiving your advance payment. But we always keep 1000 tons of raw materials in stock. If the size you ordered matches our stock, it may be shortened to 10 or 15 days.

Q. What is your MOQ?
A: 20-25 tons for one container, can be mixed.

Q. What are your payment terms?
A: 30% down payment after signing the contract, 70% should be remitted after inspection but before shipment under FOB terms; 30% down payment after signing the contract, 70% to be paid under CIF terms against the copy of BL.

Q. Can you produce according to samples?
A: Yes, we have 5 own factories and technical support staff, which enables us to produce according to samples or technical drawings. We can make molds and fixtures. Stock samples are also free as long as you contact us.
