Product introduction
X70 grade strength allows for higher transmission pressures, improving gas transmission efficiency, or reducing wall thickness at the same pressure, saving materials and costs. X70 grade steel pipes possess excellent low-temperature impact toughness, effectively preventing long-range ductile fracture in accidental events (such as third-party damage), and have good crack arrest capabilities. Furthermore, they exhibit good corrosion resistance; by adding elements such as Cu, Ni, and Cr, or by combining external anti-corrosion coatings (such as 3PE) and internal coatings, they effectively resist corrosion from soil and the transported media.

Dimensioning and Shape Inspection
Accurate geometric dimensions are a prerequisite for ensuring pipeline construction efficiency and operational safety, especially in the era of automated welding. This inspection uses precision measuring tools such as laser diameter gauges, ultrasonic thickness gauges, calipers, and ring gauges to measure the outer diameter, wall thickness, ovality, and straightness (chord height) of the steel pipe along its entire length. Strict control of the outer diameter and ovality ensures the accuracy of on-site assembly and reduces welding stress; the uniformity of wall thickness directly affects pressure-bearing capacity; and excellent straightness is crucial for the efficiency and aesthetics of pipeline laying, especially for pipelines traversing complex terrain. API standards have extremely strict tolerances for these dimensions; any deviation from these tolerances may result in the rejection of the steel pipe.
