L390 welded spiral steel pipe Description
L390 spiral submerged arc welded pipe is a spiral seam welded steel pipe made of L390 steel grade (minimum yield strength ≥ 390MPa), which is manufactured by strip steel coil through spiral forming and double-sided submerged arc welding process. Manufacturing, dedicated to high-pressure fluid transport and structural support.
Execution standard:
The international general API Spec 5L (American Petroleum Institute standard).
The domestic standard is GB/T 9711 (Delivery Technical Condition of Steel Pipe for Oil and Gas Industry).
Material and chemical composition
Material type: mainly low alloy high strength steel, typical materials include X56M/L390M, through the optimisation of carbon (C ≤ 0.20%), manganese (Mn) ≤ 1.60%, etc. By optimising the ratio of carbon (C≤1.60%), manganese (Mn≤1.60%) and other elements, it balances the strength and welding performance.
Mechanical properties:
Yield strength ≥390MPa, tensile strength ≥460-755MPa, elongation ≥21%, to meet the needs of high-pressure transport.
Through the -20℃ low temperature impact test, to ensure the resistance to brittle fracture under the cold environment.
