Mechanical properties: yield strength ≥ 290MPa, tensile strength 415-560MPa, elongation ≥ 20%, to meet the GB/T 9711 standard requirements for pipeline steel.
Material composition: carbon content ≤ 0.22%, sulfur and phosphorus content is strictly controlled within ≤ 0.03%, which improves welding performance and low temperature toughness.
Corrosion resistance: through 3PE anti-corrosion or epoxy coating treatment, it can be used stably for a long time in humid, acid and alkali environments.
Manufacturing process
Forming and welding:
Spiral forming: Narrow strip steel is rolled and formed at a spiral angle, which can produce large-size steel pipes with diameters of φ219-3000mm and significantly reduce the cost of raw materials.
Double-sided submerged arc welding: internal and external seams are welded synchronously, which ensures continuous and even weld seams, and the pressure resistance is better than that of straight-seam welded pipe15.
Post-treatment and inspection:
The welded seams are subject to X-ray inspection and ultrasonic inspection to ensure that there are no cracks, porosity and other defects.
Hydrostatic test pressure ≥ 1.25 times the design pressure, to verify the pressure-bearing capacity of the pipe.
