This product combines the excellent mechanical properties of S355J2H steel with the high-efficiency production advantages of the ERW process, featuring high dimensional accuracy, stable weld quality, and low production costs. It is widely used in building structures, machinery manufacturing, and pipeline transportation.

Quality Inspection of ERW Welded Pipe S355J2H
The quality inspection of S355J2H ERW resistance welded steel pipe strictly follows the EN 10219 standard. Eddy current testing and ultrasonic testing are used to perform 100% non-destructive screening of the weld seam to ensure that there are no defects such as lack of fusion, porosity, and inclusions. At the same time, the microstructure analysis after the online normalizing process verifies the grain size (≥7 grade) and hardness uniformity (≤180HV) of the weld zone. It is also equipped with a -20℃ Charpy impact test (≥27J) and a full-size tensile test. Finally, a hydrostatic test is used to verify the pipe body's tightness, forming a complete quality traceability system.
