ASTM A572 GR50 spiral welded pipe is a spiral welded pipe made of ASTM A572 GR50 high-strength low-alloy steel plate. It is mainly used in bridge engineering, building steel structures, lifting machinery and other scenes that require high strength and good toughness, such as bridge support structures, heavy equipment frames, etc.

‌Yield strength ≥345MPa‌ (thickness ≤16mm), tensile strength 490~600MPa‌, suitable for heavy-duty structural scenarios.
Adding niobium (Nb) and vanadium (V) microalloying elements to improve grain refinement and low-temperature toughness.

• ‌Welding and processing performance ‌

Carbon content ≤0.20%, strict sulfur and phosphorus impurities control (P≤0.04%, S≤0.05%), to ensure the quality of the weld and the matching of the parent material.
Supports high-strength welding processes such as submerged arc welding (SAW) and gas shielded arc welding (GMAW).

• ‌Toughness guarantee ‌

0℃ Charpy impact energy ≥45J, adapting to the needs of cold-region engineering environments
