P195TR2 ERW Pipe

 

 

P195 TR2 tubes are pressure-welded tubes according to the European Standard EN 10217. The standard requires P195TR2 tubes to meet specific aluminum content, impact properties and specified testing requirements.

 

Material composition ‌
P195TR2 grade is designed as low carbon steel (carbon content ≤ 0.25%), which has both weldability and pressure bearing strength, and can be enhanced by galvanizing or coating. ‌
 

Manufacturing process ‌
Adopt high-frequency resistance welding process, current frequency ≥ 150kHz, and edge heating and pressurization molding to achieve efficient and continuous production. ‌
