A: New customers usually have two payment methods
1) 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance according to the copy of bill of lading.
2) 100% irrevocable letter of credit payable on sight.

Q: How about samples? Is there no extra charge?
A: Yes, we would like to provide samples before ordering, if the samples are from stock, it will be free of charge; if the samples are from new products, we will charge some reasonable fees.
If the samples are from new production, we will charge some reasonable fee, but this fee will be deducted from your order invoice.

Q: How long is your lead time?
A: We stock more than 8000 tons per day, so far we only need 5 days stock for normal sizes; for special sizes from new production, we need 20-30 days lead time.
