The results show that when other factors remain unchanged, a large convergence angle is easy to cause cold welding, and a small convergence angle will cause overburning. Another factor affecting heat input is the forward speed of the pipe on the forming line. The results show that when other factors remain unchanged, a too fast speed is easy to cause cold welding, and a too slow speed is easy to cause overburning.

2) Strengthen online automatic testing Jinzhou Pipe Factory, in order to ensure the quality of ERW pipes, has added multiple flaw detection tests in the pipe process. After welding, ultrasonic testing and eddy current testing are carried out on both sides of the uncoiled strip. In addition, multiple appearance inspections are carried out, and mechanical property tests such as flattening tests are carried out on samples.
