Resistance welding consists of the following main steps:
1. Pre-treatment: cleaning the metal surface to ensure good contact.
2. Mounting: The metal part to be welded is correctly mounted on the welding machine so that the current can flow through the welding area.
3. Current Conduction: The current is introduced into the metal part through the current conduction device.
4. Heating: Heat is generated through the resistance created by the current conduction to heat the metal part to a certain temperature.
5. Joining: After being heated to a certain temperature, the metal parts are pressed together to melt and form a joint.
