Chemical Composition: Each heat of raw material undergoes a chemical analysis to verify compliance with specified limits for carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and other trace elements.

Manufacturing Process: The tubes are manufactured through processes that ensure no welding is involved in the case of seamless tubes, or automated welding without filler metal for welded tubes. For heavily cold-worked tubes, a significant reduction in thickness is applied post-welding and before final annealing.

Non-Destructive Testing: All tubes are subjected to non-destructive tests such as eddy current testing or hydrostatic testing to ensure there are no internal defects.

Mechanical Testing: Tubes are put through mechanical tests including reverse flattening tests and flange tests to verify their structural integrity.
