Raw Material Selection: High-quality raw materials such as nickel, chromium, and iron are carefully blended to achieve the desired chemical composition for TP304 stainless steel .

Chemical Composition Analysis: Verification of the chemical composition is performed using instruments like ICP spectrometers to ensure the material meets the ASTM A270 standard, including limits on carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, and key alloying elements like chromium and nickel .

Melting and Casting: The raw materials are melted in electric furnaces and then cast into semi-finished forms like blooms or billets, which are checked for conformity to required specifications .

Forming and Shaping: These semi-finished steel forms undergo hot and cold rolling processes to achieve the desired dimensions and wall thickness, with strict dimensional controls in place .

Heat Treatment: Annealing is performed, which may involve heating to a minimum temperature of 1900°F (1040°C) followed by quenching in water or rapid cooling to optimize the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance .
