Production Process
1. Steel pipe piles are usually made of steel plates welded into a cylindrical shape. According to the manufacturing process, steel pipe piles can be divided into two categories:
(1) Welded pipe pile: This type of pipe pile is formed into a cylindrical shape by welding steel plates together. Welds provide strength and structural integrity.
(2) Seamless steel pipe pile: This pipe pile is made of seamless steel pipe without any welding points. They have excellent integrity and are often the first choice for projects requiring higher load-bearing capacity.
2. Steel sheet piles are made by rolling steel plates into U or Z shapes. U-shaped steel sheet piles have one interlocking component, while Z-shaped steel sheet piles have two interlocking components, providing greater stability and design flexibility.
