Direct Buried Thermal Insulation Spiral Pipe

The insulation layer material is rigid polyurethane foam with a density of 60kg/m3 to 80kg/m3, which fully fills the gap between the steel pipe and the casing, and has a certain bonding strength to make the space between the steel pipe, outer casing and insulation layer form a solid whole. Polyurethane direct-buried insulation pipe foam has good mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties. It can normally withstand a temperature of 120°C and can withstand a temperature of 180°C through modification or combination with other insulation materials.

1. Anti-corrosion layer: protects the outer steel pipe to avoid corrosion of the steel pipe and prolongs the service life of the steel pipe.

2. Outer protection steel pipe: protects the insulation layer from groundwater erosion, supports the working pipe and can withstand certain external loads, ensuring the normal operation of the working pipe.

3. Polyurethane foam layer: ensures the temperature of the medium and ensures that the surface of the outer protective tube remains at normal temperature.

4. Barrier and reflective layer: Ensure that organic foam materials do not enter the inorganic hard high-temperature resistant layer; reflect part of the heat of the high-temperature resistant layer.

5. Inorganic hard insulation layer: High temperature resistance, ensuring the interface temperature with the organic insulation layer, and ensuring that the foam is not carbonized.

6. Drag reduction layer: ensures the free movement of the working steel pipe due to thermal expansion and contraction.

7. Working steel pipe: ensure the normal flow of the conveying medium.

Directly buried insulated pipes have excellent features such as efficient thermal insulation, waterproof, anti-corrosion, heat insulation, sound insulation, flame retardant, cold resistance, anti-corrosion, light capacity, high strength, simple and quick construction, and not afraid of plant root thorns. They have become a popular choice in the construction, transportation, petroleum, and chemical industries. It is an indispensable material for thermal insulation, waterproofing, sealing and other industrial sectors such as electric power and refrigeration. Directly buried thermal insulation pipes are used in various indoor and outdoor pipelines, central heating pipelines, central air conditioning pipelines, chemical industry, and other industrial pipelines for thermal insulation and cold insulation projects, oil pipeline projects, steam transmission and other pipeline projects. Directly buried insulated pipes can be directly buried in 0.6-1.2 meters of frozen soil, and the heat loss can be reduced by more than 40% than ordinary pipes. The working life is more than 3-5 times longer than other thermal insulation and anti-corrosion materials, and the service life can reach 30-50 years.
