API 6D,API 608,ISO 17292 top-mounted ball valve is a valve that controls the flow rate. It has an integrated valve body design, reduces leakage points, and facilitates online maintenance. Its manufacturing process has high pressure resistance and a wide range of applications, covering multiple fields such as tap water, petrochemicals, and electric power. According to different nominal diameters, those below DN100 adopt a double-bevel structure design, which uses springs to achieve self-compensating sealing to ensure sealing at medium and low pressures; those above DN100 adopt a fixed ball structure. The valve has a double blocking and bleed function (DBB function), fireproof and anti-static functions, and bidirectional sealing capabilities. The retractable valve seat technology further improves the convenience of maintenance. In addition, the top-mounted design allows the valve cover to be removed for maintenance or replacement of parts, and combined with the inverted sealing structure of the bottom-mounted valve stem, it ensures reliable sealing at the packing.
