Main Processes:

Cold-drawn/cold-rolled seamless pipes: High dimensional accuracy, smooth surface, uniform wall thickness, small ovality, suitable for precision machinery, hydraulics, and automotive applications.

Hot-expanded seamless tubes: Large-diameter seamless tubes are produced through diameter expansion to meet the needs of large-diameter projects.

3. What is the standard size range of seamless carbon steel tubes?

Standard range:
Outer diameter: 10mm – 720mm
Wall thickness: 1.5mm – 100mm
Length: Standard lengths 5.8m, 6m, 11.8m, 12m, or any length as per customer requirements.
Special specifications can be customized with molds.

4. What is the permissible wall thickness deviation? What is the precision level?

Depending on standards, wall thickness deviations are generally:
Hot-rolled tubes: ±10% or ±12.5%
Cold-drawn/cold-rolled precision tubes: ±5% or even higher precision.

5. Can the length of seamless carbon steel tubes be customized?

Yes. Standard lengths are either irregular or 6m/12m, but can also be cut to any length such as 3m, 4m, 5m, 7m, etc., according to customer requirements. For export trade, we usually optimize the length according to the container size to increase the loading capacity and reduce freight costs.
