3pe anticorrosive steel pipe is a steel pipe with parent material including seamless steel pipe, spiral steel pipe and straight seam steel pipe processed by anticorrosive coating. Three-layer structure of polyethylene (3PE) anticorrosion coating with its good corrosion resistance, water and gas permeability and mechanical properties, etc., in the oil pipeline industry has been widely used.
structure composition
3PE anti-corrosion generally consists of 3 layers:
- The first layer of epoxy powder (FBE>100um)
- The second layer of adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250um
- The third layer of polyethylene (PE) 1.8 ~ 3.7mm
In practice, the three materials will be mixed and fused into one, after processing to make it firmly combined with the steel pipe to form a good anti-corrosion layer. The processing method is generally divided into two types: winding type and round mold coating type.

Application
