1.High-frequency resistance welding (HFRW)
Description: A method of using the skin effect and proximity effect of high-frequency current to quickly heat the edge of the tube billet steel strip to a molten state, and squeeze the molten metal under the action of the squeeze roller to achieve welding.
2.Submerged arc welding (SAW)
Description: A method of arc welding under the coverage of the welding arc. The molten pool of welding metal solidifies into a weld under the protection of the flux coating, and the molten layer of the flux cools into a slag shell covering the outer surface of the weld.
3.Tungsten inert gas welding (TIG)
Description: Inert gas shielded welding using pure tungsten or activated tungsten (thoriated tungsten, cerium tungsten, etc.) as an electrode. It is a welding method that uses the arc heat generated between the tungsten electrode and the weldment to melt the base material and filler wire under the protection of an inert gas.
4.Metallic inert gas welding (MIG)
Description: An arc welding method using a melting electrode and inert gas protection.
5.CO2 Gas Shielded Welding (CO2 Welding)
Description: Metallurgical gas shielded welding with 99.8% pure CO2 as shielding gas.
6.Mixed Gas Welding (Mixed Gas Welding)
Description: Gas shielded welding with a mixed gas composed of two or more gases in a certain proportion as shielding gas.
7.Pulsed Argon Arc Welding (PAW)
Description: Argon arc welding that uses a base current to maintain the ionization channel of the main arc and periodically adds a high-peak pulse current of the same polarity to generate a pulse arc to melt the metal and control the transfer of the molten droplet.
8.Plasma Arc Welding (PAW)
Description: A method of welding with a plasma arc of higher energy density by using the restraining effect of a water-cooled nozzle on the arc.
9.Brazing
Description: During the welding process, a metal material with a lower melting point than the base material is used as the brazing material. The weldment and the brazing material are heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the brazing material and lower than the melting point of the base material. The liquid brazing material is used to wet the base material, fill the connection gap, and diffuse with the base material to achieve the method of connecting the weldment.
