Pipe wall thickness uniformity, high dimensional accuracy
LSAHF welded steel pipe is made of rolled steel strip by welding after cold deformation, the uniformity of wall thickness and surface quality is better than seamless steel pipe, especially the dimensional accuracy of steel pipe is far better than seamless pipe or submerged arc welding pipe. At the same time, due to the use of hot rolled steel strip as raw material, the tube body of the inherent defects (such as cracks, inclusions, porosity, etc.) is very little, in more and more applications are used to replace seamless steel pipe. However, due to the limitation of molding equipment and heating power, the size of its pipe diameter and wall thickness are limited, and currently the pipe diameter is below Φ600mm and the wall thickness is below 13mm.
