Seamless pipes conforming to GB/T 8163, ASTM A53, A106, and API 5L are specifically designed for transporting fluids such as water, oil, natural gas, steam, and compressed air. As long as the material, pressure, and wall thickness are compatible, they are safe and reliable.
2. What is the temperature range of seamless carbon steel pipes?
Ordinary 10#, 20#, and A106B seamless pipes:
Long-term operating temperature: -20℃ ~ 450℃
Short-term operating temperature: Higher
For temperatures exceeding these limits, alloy steel pipes or boiler-specific pipes are recommended. For low-temperature environments, low-temperature impact steels such as Q355C/D and A333 series can be used.
3. What pressure can seamless carbon steel pipes withstand?
Pressure resistance depends on:
