FAQ

1. What is the maximum operating temperature?

It is suitable for pressure-bearing applications ≤350°C. Exceeding this temperature may degrade mechanical properties and affect system safety.

2. Can it transport corrosive fluids?

The base material has basic corrosion resistance. Transporting highly corrosive fluids requires additional anti-corrosion treatment (such as epoxy coating or galvanizing).

3. How do I choose the appropriate wall thickness?

Select by operating conditions: For high-pressure/high-corrosion applications, choose thicker walls (such as Sch80); for low-pressure/low-corrosion applications, choose thinner walls (such as Sch10). Please consult our technical team for engineering calculations.

4. Are there any non-standard sizes?

We support custom sizes. Please provide your KS D3562 Steel Pipe outer diameter, wall thickness, and length requirements. Our sales team will assess feasibility and provide a quote.

5. What is the typical delivery time?

For standard specifications, the lead time is 15-30 days. For non-standard/large orders, adjustments are made based on production schedules. The specific delivery time can be confirmed when placing an order.
