Stainless steel finned tubes are enhanced heat transfer elements made of stainless steel as the base material and with fins added to the surface of the base tube through a specific process. Their core function is to improve the heat exchange efficiency between the medium and air (or other fluids) by expanding the heat exchange area. They are widely used in heating, chemical, food processing and many other fields.

 

There are three ways of heat transfer in stainless steel finned tubes: conduction, convection and radiation. Its main features are energy saving, high environmental protection, low flow loss, beautiful appearance, strong corrosiveness, and long working life. After the stainless steel finned tube has been used for a period of time, it needs regular maintenance products to check whether there is coking, sediment and rust layers in the equipment to extend its service life.
