Test Requirements
Hydrostatic test: 100% hydrostatic test with no leakage from welds or pipe body. Connections or joints need not be hydrostatically tested if the pipe section used has been successfully tested.
BEND TEST: There shall be no cracks or weld openings in any part of the specimen.
Flattening Test: The flattening test is used to verify the performance of the pipe under deformation. It should show resistance to longitudinal and circumferential cracking, including internal and external defects.
