Longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe is a high-performance welded pipe formed in one piece along the longitudinal direction of the steel plate using advanced submerged arc welding technology. Its core advantage lies in the use of multi-wire submerged arc welding technology, resulting in a high-quality weld with uniform penetration and a non-destructive testing pass rate exceeding 99%. Combined with JCOE precision forming technology, the product possesses both a yield strength of up to 355MPa and a tensile strength of 470-630MPa. After diameter expansion, the steel pipe achieves extremely high dimensional accuracy of ±0.1%D, perfectly meeting the stringent requirements of pressure-bearing critical components such as oil and gas pipelines and wind power generation towers, and has passed international certifications such as EN 10210 and API 5L.
