Introduction to S355J2H Welded Steel Pipes
S355J2H steel pipe is a low-carbon steel with a chemical composition including 0.22% carbon, 0.55% silicon, 1.6% manganese, and trace amounts of phosphorus and sulfur. This steel pipe is known for its excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature performance, as well as its excellent dimensional accuracy and superior surface finish. These pipes have tensile strengths ranging from 510 MPa to 680 MPa and a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa. While not as strong as high-carbon steel pipes, S355J2H pipes possess considerable strength and stress resistance, making them suitable for oil, gas, and oil transportation, as well as boilers, heat exchangers, and fluid systems.
