S235JR JCOE Steel Pipe Weld Morphology
The S235JR JCOE LSAW steel pipe adopts a single longitudinal straight seam structure, with the weld seam strictly parallel to the pipe axis. This weld seam achieves precise alignment through the JCOE forming process and is completed using double-sided multi-wire submerged arc welding technology, forming a homogeneous weld seam with full penetration. After post-weld heat treatment and mechanical diameter expansion, the weld seam achieves equivalent strength matching with the S235JR base material in terms of mechanical properties, metallographic structure, and fatigue resistance, fully meeting the integrity requirements for high-pressure transmission and heavy-duty structural applications.
