S235JR High-Frequency Welded Steel Pipe Product Introduction
High-frequency welded steel pipe is based on the principle of solid-state resistance heating. Resistance welding uses high-frequency current to heat the surface of the workpiece welding area, bringing it to a molten or near-plastic state. Then, upsetting force (with or without upsetting force) is applied to this steel-metal composite pipe. High-frequency welded steel pipe has a fast production speed, up to 30 meters per minute. It is made by melting the steel strip substrate itself, and its mechanical strength is superior to ordinary welded steel pipe. It has advantages such as smooth appearance, high precision, low cost, and small weld reinforcement, and is suitable for 3PE anti-corrosion coating. It is mainly used to manufacture steel pipes with longitudinal or spiral seam welds.
