ST14 spiral welded pipe is made of ST14 ordinary structural steel plate through the process of double-sided submerged arc welding, first of all, edge milling, followed by equipment to spiral coil the steel plate into a steel pipe, the molding process awakening internal and external butt weld, welded to a sufficient length after plasma cutting. After cutting, the welding slag will be cleaned up, and the pipe will be put into the beveling machine for beveling, and then carry out the inspection such as flaw detection and water pressure testing after the processing is completed. Qualified ST14 spiral welded pipes will be sent to the customer's designated place.
