ASTM A36 Spiral Carbon Steel Pipe

A36 spiral welded pipe is a welded steel pipe made of ASTM A36 low carbon steel. It is made by curling the steel strip at a specific angle and then welding it through a spiral forming process. The "A36" in its name means that the material meets the standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), with a tensile strength of ≥400MPa and a yield strength of ≥250MPa.

The surface can be hot-dip galvanized or plastic-coated to improve corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh environments such as chemical and marine environments; the smooth inner wall reduces fluid resistance and extends the life of the pipeline‌.
