L415 Welded Round Steel Pipe Description

L415 high-strength spiral welded pipe has become the core material for high-pressure fluid transport in the fields of oil, natural gas and municipal engineering by virtue of its high yield strength, stable weld quality and long-lasting anti-corrosion performance. It is the core material for oil, gas and municipal engineering, combining reliability and economy.
Material and Chemical Composition
Core composition: low alloy high-strength steel-based, typical composition includes:
C (carbon) ≤ 0.12%, Si (silicon) ≤ 0.45%, Mn (manganese) ≤ 1.65%, phosphorus (P), sulfur (S) content of ≤ 0.025% and 0.025% respectively. 0.025% and 0.015% of phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S) content respectively, to ensure low impurity and high purity.
Add trace Nb (niobium), V (vanadium) and other elements to refine the grain and improve the overall performance.
Carbon equivalent (CEV) ≤ 0.45%, optimising welding performance.
