Q235B welded pipe for structural use is a steel pipe made of Q235B carbon structural steel as raw material through welding process, which is mainly used in the field of structural engineering such as building, bridge, machinery and so on.
Mechanical properties of Q235B pipe:
Yield strength ≥ 235 MPa, elongation ≥ 25%, both medium strength and plasticity, suitable for cold bending, cutting and other secondary processing 15.
Q235B high-frequency welded pipe has a smooth surface, firm welds, and stronger pressure-bearing capacity of spiral welded pipe.
Q235B welded pipe can be galvanised, sprayed or coated with anticorrosion layer (e.g. 3PE) to extend the service life in wet or corrosive environment.
