Resistance welding mainly includes the following steps:

1. Pre-treatment: Clean the metal surface to ensure good contact.

2. Installation: Install the metal parts to be welded correctly on the welding machine so that current can flow through the welding area.

3. Current conduction: The current is introduced into the metal parts through the current conduction device.

4. Heating: The resistance generated by current conduction generates heat, heating the metal parts to a certain temperature.

5. Connection: After heating to a certain temperature, the metal parts are pressed together to melt and form a connection.
