CZ300 Cardan Shaft Tube
CZ300 Cardan Shaft Tube is a Chinese standard electric welded tube for transmission shaft.
The uneven wall thickness of CZ300 steel tube should not exceed 50% of the wall thickness tolerance.
CZ300 steel tube is delivered in fixed length, and the fixed length range is 3500 mm~8500 mm. The allowable deviation of fixed length is +20mm.
The end faces of both ends of the steel tube should be perpendicular to the axis of the steel tube, and the burrs on the cut should be removed.
There should be no cracks, scars, dislocations, burns, indentations, burrs and deep scratches on the inner and outer surfaces of the steel tube. Other local defects that do not exceed the allowable deviation of the wall thickness are allowed.
