Manufacturing process
Cold forming technology: Cold rolling/cold bending of steel plate or strip at room temperature to form square, rectangular or round cross-section with high dimensional accuracy and smooth surface.
Welding method: Straight seam resistance welding (ERW) or submerged arc welding (SAW) is used, and the welds are non-destructive testing (e.g. ultrasonic flaw detection) to ensure quality.
