Delivery lengths are typically 4-10 meters, but fixed lengths (or double lengths) are also frequently required.

Surface Treatment of Q235B Resistance Welded Pipe
The surface treatment of Q235B resistance welded pipe aims to significantly improve its corrosion resistance and service life. Core processes include hot-dip galvanizing, spraying, and passivation. Hot-dip galvanizing is the most widely used method. After degreasing, pickling, and fluxing, the welded pipe is immersed in molten zinc to form a dense zinc-iron alloy layer and a pure zinc layer, providing excellent cathodic protection and barrier protection. For higher corrosion resistance requirements, epoxy resin or polyethylene coatings can be used, forming a continuous and robust protective layer through electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dip coating processes. Furthermore, phosphating or passivation treatments can form a stable conversion film on the pipe surface, enhancing short-term rust prevention and providing a good base for subsequent coating. All treatments are based on strict surface pretreatment (such as shot blasting to Sa2.5 grade) to ensure long-term stable coating adhesion and protective effect.
