Product Introduction

Selection of Raw Material: Only raw materials from approved mills are selected, which have a proven track record of quality and consistency .

Chemical Composition Verification: The chemical composition of the raw materials is verified to meet the specific requirements for TP304 steel, including limits on carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, nickel, and chromium .

Continuous Casting Process: The starting austenitic stainless steel is made by a continuous casting process, which ensures uniformity and quality .

Seamless Processing: The seamless tubing is produced through a process that involves mandrel piercing and multiple passes through a rotary piercing mill, ensuring the integrity of the pipe walls .

Solution Annealing: The finished tubing is solution annealed at a temperature no less than 1900°F (1040°C) to dissolve all carbides, followed by a quench in cold water, which is known as bright annealing .

Non-Destructive Testing: Each tube is subjected to non-destructive electric testing or hydrostatic testing to ensure there are no internal defects .

Reverse Flattening Test: For welded tubes, a reverse flattening test is conducted to ensure the tube's structural integrity .

Final Inspection and Certification: Before dispatch, a final inspection is conducted, and mill test certificates are issued according to EN10204.3, which includes details such as the standard, grade, dimensions, and test results .
