410 stainless steel pipe is a kind of semi-martensitic stainless steel pipe, which exhibits high strength and toughness after quenching and tempering treatment. It has good corrosion resistance and machinability in weak corrosive media at temperatures up to 30 degrees Celsius. At the same time, 410 stainless steel also exhibits rust and corrosion resistance under wet atmospheric and freshwater conditions, and maintains high thermal stability below 700 degrees C. 410 stainless steel has the following physical and mechanical properties:
Density: Density is 7.7 kg/dm³ at 20 degrees Celsius.
Melting point: melting point ranges from 1480 degrees Celsius to 1530 degrees Celsius.
Thermal conductivity: Thermal conductivity at different temperatures is 24.2 w/(m-k) at 100 degrees Celsius and 28.9 w/(m-k) at 500 degrees Celsius.
Coefficient of Linear Expansion: 11 x 10^(-6)/K for 0 degrees C to 100 degrees C.
Resistivity: 0.57 Ω-mm²/m at 20 degrees Celsius.
Longitudinal modulus of elasticity: 200 GPa at 20 degrees Celsius.
Magnetism: 410 stainless steel is magnetic.
