1,Purchasing needs to know the type of steel pipe:
A, according to the type of classification: straight seam steel pipe, seamless steel pipe, spiral steel pipe and so on.
B, straight seam steel pipe cross-section shape classification: square pipe, rectangular pipe, oval pipe, flat oval pipe, semicircular pipe and so on.
2,Cautions:
A. The wall thickness of steel pipe is not enough. Using a sprue device, the mouth end of the steel pipe looks thicker with a hammer shroud, but the original shape is revealed by instrumental measurement.
B. Use straight seam as seamless steel pipe. The number of straight seam welds is less than the number of longitudinal seam welds. The solid steel pipe is polished by machine, commonly known as polishing. It looks seamless without any seams.
C. Now there is a more advanced method of seamless steel pipe, which is also known as hot expanded steel pipe. When expanded, it has lead dust inside and burnt marks on the outside. The welds are likewise invisible. Many larger steel pipes are utilized to sell this type of pipe seamlessly for greater profits.
D. Ring seam steel pipe uses polishing to represent seamless and straight seam steel pipe.
