Common Requirements For Transportation Of Spiral Pipes

1. When spiral pipe (or bundles of pipe) is transported from the factory to the warehouse, isolation pillows shall be placed in the spiral pipe (or bundles of pipe) and in at least two places along the length of the spiral pipe. Bedding shall be placed vertically on the spiral pipe and aligned top and bottom. The bedding should be placed horizontally and intact.

2. For long-distance transportation of finished spiral pipes delivered to users, they should be tied firmly after loading. If tied with steel wire rope or similar hard objects, the spiral pipe should be tied at the pad on the protective isolation or install protective isolation on the steel wire rope to prevent damage to the surface of the spiral pipe, to avoid direct collision between the spiral pipe and the carriage.
