These product lines include boiler economizers, waste heat recovery silencers, and packaged waste heat boilers, all of which use finned tubes under stringent heat load conditions.
We have determined which specific types of finned tubes are best able to withstand the extreme temperatures and environments found in our customers' installations. As a result, we have developed proprietary technologies to produce a range of industrial grade products that meet the stringent requirements of the industry.
When you have a finned tube requirement, we will provide the best recommendations to best suit your needs at a competitive price. We will quote or create specifications based on your specific needs. We can provide basic finned tubes in straight tubes or sub-assemblies, or complete heat exchangers.
ASME Quality Control: ASME stamps are available to meet Sec.VIII Div.l ("U" symbol) and Sec.l ("S" symbol) as well as National Board stamps.
Sample Designs: Prototype finned tubes or assemblies will be provided upon request at a nominal price.

Finned tubes are bonded to stainless steel tubes and aluminum fins using Al-Fuse™ bonding to 750°F.
Finned tubes are bonded to stainless steel tubes and aluminum fins using nickel brazing/welding to 1750°F. *
Finned tubes are bonded to stainless steel tubes and carbon steel fins using nickel brazing/welding to 1650°F. *
Finned tubes are bonded to carbon steel tubes and carbon steel fins using nickel brazing/welding to 1650°F. *
Finned tubes are bonded to copper or cupronickel tubes and copper fins using nickel brazing/welding to 1,750°F. *
