Q355NHB weathering pipe implementation standard: This grade implements the national standard GB/T 4171-2008.
Smelting method
The steel is smelted in a converter or electric furnace and is killed steel. Unless the buyer has special requirements, the smelting method is selected by the supplier.
Delivery status
Hot-rolled steel is delivered in hot-rolled, controlled-rolled or normalized state.
After negotiation between the supplier and the buyer; high-weathering steel may not be subjected to impact test.
The impact test result is calculated as the average value of three samples, and the impact absorption energy of one sample is allowed to be less than the specified value, but it shall not be less than 70% of the specified value.
Steel with a thickness of not less than 6 mm or a diameter of not less than 12 mm should be subjected to impact test.
When impact testing steel with a thickness of ≥6 mm to <12 mm or a diameter of ≥12 mm to <16 mm, small-sized specimens of 10 mmX5 mmX55 mm or 10 mmX7.5 mmX55 mm should be used, and the test results should not be less than 50% or 75% of the specified values. Larger-sized impact specimens should be used as much as possible.

Q: How about samples? Is it free with extra cost?
A: Yes, we hope to provide samples before ordering, if the samples are from stock, it is free, if the samples are from new products, we will charge some reasonable fees, but this amount will be deducted from your first order invoice.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Our daily stock volume is more than 8000 tons, so far common product sizes, it only takes 5 days from stock; if it is a special size of new production, the delivery time is 20-30 days.
