Tensile Strength: 360-500 MPa.
Yield Strength: Minimum 235 MPa.
Elongation: Minimum 25%

Impact Testing:

For steel pipes of TR2 quality level, impact testing is required at 0°C. For TR1, this requirement does not apply

Dimensions and Tolerances:

Outer diameter tolerance: For outer diameter D ≤ 219.1mm, the tolerance is ±1% or ±0.5mm, whichever is greater; for outer diameter D > 219.1mm, the tolerance is ±2.0%

Wall thickness tolerance: Depends on the wall thickness T, for T ≤ 5mm, the tolerance is ±8% or ±2mm, whichever is greater

. Length Tolerance:

The length tolerance of the steel pipe varies according to the outer diameter, as follows:

L < 6000mm: 0/+10mm.

6000mm < L < 12000mm: 0/+15mm

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):

According to EN 10217-1, P235TR1 steel pipes are subject to water pressure testing or electromagnetic testing to verify their sealing.
