Straight seam welded pipe production process is simple, high production efficiency, low cost, faster development. The strength of spiral welded pipe is generally higher than that of straight seam welded pipe, and it can produce welded pipe with larger pipe diameter from narrower billet, and it can also produce welded pipe with different pipe diameter from the same width of billet. However, compared with the same length of straight seam pipe, the length of welded seam increases by 30~100%, and the production speed is lower.

Surface treatment: sand blasting, varnish painting, black painting, hot dipped galvanized, marking, color coding, 3PE coating, 3PP coating, FBE coating, epoxy coating for customers' special final using.

Certificate: Issued original mill test certificate under EN 10204 3.1/3.2

Packing: bundled by steel strip, cotton ropes wrapped around ends for protection, in wooden crates, wrapped in plastic, and suitably protected for seaworthy delivery or as per request.

Both ends of each packing will indicate the order number, heat number, dimensions, weight and bundles.
